So, what is your response to me not having any time, let alone the 72 hours that I was originally told I would have to find another buyer for my vehicle before they sold my vehicle out from under me? You're always sorry, but nobody is ever held accountable for the lies that your sales people tell customers. You're just typical, sleazy car salesmen and some things never change. I stand by my original comment, if you want to buy a Subaru go to any dealer other than Wilsonville Subaru, they couldn't possibly be any worse that what I experienced!!

We are very sorry for the mix up regarding your air filter not being replaced during your service visit. If you have a maintenance plan on your vehicle this should be something that was replaced if necessary. Once again, we apologize and are more than happy to resolve the issue with you and get that air filter replaced at your convenience. We will also make sure and take a look at your mileage sticker and make sure it has the correct information regarding your next service. Please reach out to our service apartment at (503) 629-1094. As for our music in the showroom we will try and pay attention to the volume and make sure it is at a moderate volume in the future to Better cater to all of our guest.
