My receipt says my air cleaner is dirty but it was not replaced nor did they ask me if they should replace it. “SESINSP” is supposed to be part of my “free” (purchased) service. It does not say on my receipt that it was performed. Under “Labor” it says zero so I have to assume it wasn’t done. I was told my car should be serviced every 6 months or 6000 miles yet they always put 3 mo/3000 mi. sticker on windshield. When I asked about it, they put a new corrected sticker on. Finally, they were playing hip hop/rock music overhead which was very loud in the waiting area which was annoying and not drowned out by ear buds. More

After a nightmare of an experience with Gresham Subaru I was very wary, Spencer (I hope I remembered that right) was super helpful and very responsive. Everyone was so nice and friendly when we entered the sale department, we were lucky to have Karen G. Escajeda Prieto answered all our questions and we put a order on a new 2022 Subaru Outback. Karen walked us through the whole buying process very smoothly and friendly, she is very professional, friendly and answered and explained our questions in details, and we felt very comfortable worked with Karen, besides she explained how to use the control panel, this is a new thing for us. So we are very grateful to have Karen and the manager to make our buying process a pleasant memory. More
