Everyone was so nice and friendly when we entered the sale department, we were lucky to have Karen G. Escajeda Prieto answered all our questions and we put a order on a new 2022 Subaru Outback. Karen walked us through the whole buying process very smoothly and friendly, she is very professional, friendly and answered and explained our questions in details, and we felt very comfortable worked with Karen, besides she explained how to use the control panel, this is a new thing for us.
