Brought my wife's Forester in for service. The staff was friendly, greeted me immediately, and made sure to let me know they'd be with me shortly as they tended to other customers. He detailed out everything that they would do and look for on the car, was very personable, and kept me updated on the status of my car all day. I was also impressed with their COVID precautions, as everyone I saw was wearing a mask both inside and outside. We will be bringing our car here for service until it's time to buy the next one.
