I was driving from WA State for a one night trip and on my way my Rav 4 engine light came up. It read "check engine and call dealer". So, reaching Oregon I called the dealer at Wilsonville. I was given an my way my Rav 4 engine light came up. It read "check engine and call dealer". So, reaching Oregon I called the dealer at Wilsonville. I was given an appointment for 7am. I was there 15 min early because I was desperate for time. I had to drive back to WA on Sat evening. It was one day trip. Ciara helped me and was told it might take few hours. After checking with her in an hour I was told "will be after 11am". My question to her was "is there any loaner vehicle which I can use"?. Her response was "Nope". I certainly had to explain that I need a loaner vehicle to check out from my hotel or I will be charged for another day. Her response "I'm sorry". I went back and sat in the lobby for another hour. I kept checking on and off for the diagnostic as I was desperately trying to get my answers. Finally, when I went to the service area, the agents were all talking and laughing away, to me that's great but asking Ciara again any luck on my vehicle "she goes I haven't checked my email and said let me do so". After checking she said "oh yes I do have an email and I can get it all taken care of by Tuesday June 21st. I mentioned I'm from Washington and have to leave today. Her response was" hmm I don't have a loaner vehicle I guess I have to find one ". I asked her kindly to release my vehicle and I will take care of it myself. The reason I'm writing this as because I was very disappointed how she handled my situation. It was very frustrating, her choppy response and not knowing or taking initiative to give me proper advice. She told me I will tell the attendant to get my vehicle. I went back to the lobby to wait for the attendant to bring my keys. After 15 minutes I asked one of the service guy where my car was? His response "go ask your agent". While walking to the agent one of the guy asked me which car I'm looking for? I mentioned to him and he told me he has parked my car at the back of the service dept. Finally, I drove back to the hotel. I never had any issues with Toyota dealers itself as because I have driven Toyota all my life. This is my 4 vehicle from the dealer and I'm so upset how this was handled. I wish no one has to go thru this. Thank you 🙏 More
