We were in the market for a 2021 Toyota Sienna and there were none to be found…except at Wilsonville Toyota. They had four that were being shipped to them from the manufacturer. I rushed down and was introduced to Austin Givens who assisted me in finding which of the vehicles would best meet our needs. I was allowed to make a down payment that would hold the vehicle for me once it arrived. My wife knew nothing about this. She has accepted the fact that we were going to have to just wait until they started manufacturing them again. For four weeks I was able to keep this a secret from her, which, if you knew me, you would know that I don’t keep big secrets very well. I bought a big car sized bow to put on the car and had my daughter go to the dealership ahead of us to meet with Austin to make sure all was set for the big reveal. My wife was completely surprised and delighted with her new car. Austin took as much time as we needed to explain all the features of the Sienna. We then went in and completed the paper work. It was so nice to not have to be passed from person to person as they do in traditional dealerships. From my initial visit to the day we picked up the car, Austin was my guy. I cannot recommend him or the dealership highly enough. More
