I had a 2001 4Runner and after doing the Oil Can Hanky place a few times I realized it was just easier and less expensive to get the work done at a dealership. I used to be a fan of the other dealership that is on the east side in Portland, but I went South to Wilsonville and was treated pretty well. The staff was very friendly. Recently, I was looking at my beautiful 2001 4Runner and I realized I was ready to get a new Tundra because dang it, I am tired of plugging my phone in a tape deck adapter from 1998 just so I could listen to my iTunes. And, the Tundras are super awesome looking. So, I took the 4Runner in for a service and met Alex and purchased a new 2016 Tundra Platinum. The experience was fantastic. She was easy to work with and she provided me a number of ideas. I had my heart set on a TRD Pro but when I found out the TRD Pro didn't have seat coolers, I knew I was sold on the platinum. She also gave me ideas of what I could do to make the truck how I wanted it. Needless to say, it was a great experience and she was easy to work with. Since then, I have had some more upgrades done by Wilsonville Toyota's parts department and will be seeing them for every oil change and service I need done as well. I'll be back Wilsonville Toyota, thanks for being there! More
