My sales associate, Scott McKowen, spent several hours with me going above and beyond to find the exact model I wanted, with very specific features, all while staying within my planned budget. When it was found that they didn't have what I wanted on the lot that day, he looked into their upcoming orders and found exactly what I was looking for! He didn't get frustrated with my parameters nor try to force me into something I didn't want. He was patient, knowledgable and respectful of my needs. When I went back to pick up the vehicle he installed my new floor mats for me and sat with me in the car for quite some time, making sure I understood how all the bells and whistles worked before sending me off on the road. He even called me the next day to make sure I made it home safe and that all was good with the vehicle. I've had some unfortunate car buying experiences in the past. This was my 7th new car purchase and the first from Wilsonville Toyota. I will never buy another car from anyone else! More

Top level service and products I’m a fan of Wilsonville Toyota now since 2012. Although i live in Washington i am good with driving the +/-45 minutes every 6/8 months to this dealer I’m a fan of Wilsonville Toyota now since 2012. Although i live in Washington i am good with driving the +/-45 minutes every 6/8 months to this dealer services location- just to get my oil changed and the vehicle inspection service. I LOVE hanging out with my dog - the lounge is decent and comfortable but I really come for the professional direct courteous service. They are straight shooters. Love to see you driving their vehicles a long time and don’t high pressure you into anything! Best No BS kind of place that I highly recommend to anyone. More

Third time & still Great! We've worked with Scott McKowen on three new cars now over about ten years. He was just starting then and we're happy he's still there and doing the s We've worked with Scott McKowen on three new cars now over about ten years. He was just starting then and we're happy he's still there and doing the same exemplary job, even though he has moved into management. As usual, we ran him all over the lot and asked dozens of questions, which he happily answered or researched for us. We waited until our new Highlander had been in to Service for the add-on accessories to see how that process would go before writing this review.. Chuck took care of us perfectly, with a loaner car ready and all the work done on time. The reason we came to Wilsonville Toyota originally was the promise of a hassle free purchase. The reason we keep coming back is because Toyotas are fine automobiles and Scott is there to help us. Now that there are new owners we noticed that the dealership has regressed a bit by having sales staff standing outside on the lot waiting for potential customers. This is not in keeping with the original Wilsonville Toyota approach and looks a lot like the vultures hanging out in other dealer lots. We hope this is not an indication of this dealership's future policies, as it will surely end our relationship. Meanwhile, it was great to see and work with Scott again and we expect to enjoy our new Highlander as much as the last one. More
