Very knowledgeable about his product. Steven was very responsive to my questions and concerns at every step along the process. Hey! He even drove my new truck home to my house for me so I wouldn’t have to take the 15 mike drive again. (I didn’t have a trade-in). Wait, there’s more. Friendly, easy, courteous! My husband and i went into Toyota to view a few different options. We were in search for a new SUV or a new van. Alex was so helpful! She not only showed us multiple vehicles, took us on test drives and explained the different vehicles to us. She also drew up price sheets for us without running our credit, showing us both lease and purchase options! The one price was super handy as well! We knew the cost of each vehicle before we even drove it! So we felt in control the whole time knowing exactly what our cost would be! We decided on our new car but the color we needed was at a different Toyota dealership. Alex offered to get the car within 24/48 hours for us! Any other time this would of been handy - however we had just sold one of our cars and couldn’t wait to replace it. Even though we didn’t purchase our car from Alex she continued to stay in contact with us and offer us some great deals on extra purchase items! I’d reccomen Alex and the wilsonville Toyota dealership! The odd of us buying our next car at this location are very high. More

Broke my car twice BTW, I'm only posting this review because Wilsonville doesn't get it. I still get frequent calls and emails from them, although I've made it VERY clear I'll never return. So here you go. I'm usually happy to give anyone a second chance. So I recently returned to Wilsonville Toyota service after an absence of 4 years, because I had an airbag recall. I stopped going to them four years ago because, during a routine maintenance, they neglected to put the plug back in my engine after an oil change. My Landcruiser had to be towed back to them. At the time the service manager didn't do anything except assure us that there would be no long term damage. (There was.) But the air bag recall was something I figured would be easy--and it's been 4 years. Maybe they've improved, I thought. However, when I picked up my car, they had somehow lost the cup insert in the front console. It's a part that they don't make any longer. After MANY messages the new service manager he finally returned my call. I returned to have the entire unit replaced (at their cost). After a 20 minute wait, the service person had GREAT news for me! They FOUND the insert! Why did I wait 20 minutes for this GREAT news? Why did they not tell me this as soon as I checked in? Why did I return? All valid questions. They offered me 20% off my next service with them as compensation. I will not be returning. EVER. I notice the manager's name is no longer listed on the checklist below, so that's something. More
