We learned immediately that their commercials are NOT "Too Good To Be True." They are true, every word and that is "NO BULL!" We felt special from the time we walked in and inquired as to whether our friend might be there until we drove the New to us, Used car off the lot. We can not say enough about the service that Greg McMillan gives his clients. His integrity shines through in all of his dealings. It was fun to re-connect but the best part was having an afternoon we were dreading (car shopping) turn out to be so positive. The typical thought process when it comes to car service (in my experience) is to make sure to get second opinions, make sure to do your research, ask lots of questions. To generally not trust the diagnosis given unless you really know what you're looking at. Every time I've done that with the people here it has been a waste of time. This isn't the kind of place where you need to do that. The car service here is great, especially for the people who don't know how to work on their own car, and don't have the time to learn. The reason this place is great for them is because they can have peace of mind coming here, knowing that the information they receive and the work that is done is accurate and necessary. I've had basic services like oil changes, filter replacements and spark plug replacements done here. Also I have had oil leaks repaired, an air conditioner replaced and probably things I don't remember as well. Every experience has been a good one, they always do what they can to make sure you can get the work you need done. Everyone down here is great, Darren, Ricardo, Don. It's worth the trip if you don't live in Wilsonville, and when the service is going to go long they will give you a ride, or a loaner car. You won't regret coming here. More

Of the three dealerships we visited Wilsonville was the most customer friendly. We almost did not visit Wilsonville because another dealership made us an offer that was going to be difficult to top, but we stuck to our plan and visited anyway. The staff at Wilsonville was clearly interested in us getting the best deal and after looking at the numbers recommend that we purchase from the other dealership. The experience was so good that we were actually a bit sad we did not make the purchase from them. We WILL, however, get all our service done at Wilsonville! More

Just when we didn't think things could have been any better, Billy provided a red-carpet experience for us which allowed us to stop in briefly to authorize a credit check, so that we could continue with our plans for the day. Within hours, the exact car we desired, had been located, retrieved, cleaned and driven to our house for delivery and final paperwork. With this level of service, and our surprise on "raising the bar", I can't wait to see how our experience will be on our next car, which will most assuredly be at this dealership and with Billy as our salesman. My father and my Aunt have purchased Toyota's in the past and had nothing but great things to say about the cars so we went to check out the Prius-C which we had been looking at for weeks and were very happy with the car and Colin was a tremendous help to us. Everything from the test drive to the filling out of paperwork and the help with dealing with our trade-in and questions was exceptional.
