But, in the end, it was well worth the drive .After dealing with local dealerships and salespeople who were extremely pushy and rude, we were ready for a change. We made 2 trips; with the intention of 'shopping'-not necessarily purchasing. All of the salespeople were very friendly and extremely helpful. Michael was more than patient with us, as we could not make up our minds...we intended to purchase a used Highlander; but ended up with a brand new one!! He took us step by step through the entire process. He answered all of our questions and made us a deal we couldn't refuse. He showed us it was cheaper in the long run to buy a new vehicle @ zero percent interest (for 5 yrs) rather than purchase a used vehicle @ 1.9 percent interest (for 6 yrs)...now we have a new vehicle that is currently the same price as a used vehicle would have been then but with all the perks of a warranty, maintenance-Toyota care for 2 years, something we wouldn't have gotten with a used vehicle. So, thank you Michael for putting up with us and making the entire purchase/process a good one! More

They didn't have the vehicle we wanted but were able to have it the next day for us. Colin did a great job of walking us through all the paperwork (would that there was a way to shorten that process!) and had everything ready for us as promised. Full marks. VERY COMFORTABLE AND ENJOYABLE TRANSACTION Our salesperson was Michael Heatherly. We actually reached out to him when we arrived at the dealership on 7/4/14. He was helpful, knowledgeable and Our salesperson was Michael Heatherly. We actually reached out to him when we arrived at the dealership on 7/4/14. He was helpful, knowledgeable and never appeared over zealous to sell us a car. He assisted us in picking out a 2014.5 Camry hybrid and an Avalon hybrid to take for test drives. We also looked at a RAV 4. He personally took care of all of the paperwork when we chose the Camry hybrid to purchase. With a great deal of patience he explained all of the service and protection options available for the car. The trade in offer for our 2010 Mazda 3 was reasonable. Even though it was the 4th of July, Michael did not appear rushed or eager to end the process until we were comfortable with the information shared. All in all it was a very friendly yet professional experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Mr. Heatherly, to any friends we know who are looking to buy a new car. Mike called us a couple of days later to see if we had any questions. We arranged an appointment for today,7/9, to review some of the technology available in the car. This car does everything except drive itself. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We will not hesitate to go back to Wilsonville Toyota/Scion for future car or truck purchases. Focused and determined to help us with questions, and a part they agreed to purchase and install, is beyond what we would have expected. Jenn has become a household name for us, and our new FJ. We are even planning on returning to her, when we add the next FJ to our family!! In terms of car purchase, Jenn was attentive, and adept at noticing when we were settling for a car we may not have really wanted. She knew when we test drove the FJ that "this is your car". We knew too, and she did everything to have us drive away that night, in a truck we LOVE. Her attention to detail, professionalism, intuition of customer desires, and the completion of a smooth deal were perfect. It felt GREAT to work with her the entire process. She was honest with regard to our trade-in, and clear about the details of how that would look with the payments, and value of car. It was comfortable and easy to work with JENN. And Ron Owens sealed it all, with you tube videos of FJ's in action, details about their awesomeness, and stories about add-ons, and the joy of owning one. Ron's focus, kindness and interest in engaging us in the FUN around owing this FJ were priceless. We never thought we'd still be smiling a week plus later! We are Toyota loyalists, having many at home in various stages of rock-crawler creation, or simply a super-star 98 4runner loving life with 220k miles. Again, thank you JENN for a great experience, all the way through. I love the no xx concept. I love that we interacted with one person all the way through the deal. And we loved the coffee! All questions around mechanical and technical issues were answered honestly and if anything was in need of clarity, they made all efforts to resolve successfully.
