Customer service needs improvement I came at a time that wasn't very busy. When I drove up it took 10 minutes for someone to approach me and I had an appointment. I saw a salesman standing around talking to a technician. They saw me, but continued talking, not acknowledging me at all. Even tho they may have had something important to talk about, they could have acknowledged me. I had to walk over to them to get them to address me. I just leased a brand new Prius from them. I felt very unimportant and wonder if the service stops once you get a car from them? I have been involved in professions that involve heavy customer service and this was definitely bad service. I even asked the technician a question about my car and he said he would follow up with me. I never saw him again. He was no where to be found. Very poor customer service. If I'd been a man I am sure I would've gotten better service. Do better trainig of your staff to service all and every customer no matter age, sex, race, etc. No excuses! More

The most pleasant experience EVER of buying a new (used)car. Yesterday, my husband and I, had the absolute pleasure of visiting this dealership for the first time to buy a Rav4 we found on KBB. A week before Yesterday, my husband and I, had the absolute pleasure of visiting this dealership for the first time to buy a Rav4 we found on KBB. A week before this I had an interaction with another dealership that was so "traumatizing"; running my credit without telling me, applying for loans that I did not want (I was already preapproved with credit union), having me sign documents without explaining them, and on and on. So I went to this dealership, still traumatized, and VERY SUSPICIOUS OF DEALERS and SALESPEOPLE. With Wilsonville Toyota; WOWWWW....what a different experience. Firstly a huge congratulations to the manager of this Dealership who thought of and implemented the "No Bull" business model; for the first time ever, I have been buying new cars since 1996, I felt that I was not getting ripped off, lied to, conned into something. The price is up front, they let you know KBB price, so you can shop with absolute confidence. And you get a FULL 5 DAYS to change your mind. Secondly, Justin Snodgrass, what an awesome sales man. If I could award him 10 stars I would. I give him the HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION; ask for him, work with him, you will not regret the decision. From the first moment he contacted me by phone he was courteous, friendly, informative about the car without being aggressive (an experience I had with so many other dealerships). He even offered to drive car to Corvallis for me to test drive. From the first moment we met with him he was friendly, honest, providing 'full disclosure' about the car and ALL the products he was offering. As a result, I ended up buying more products than I planned to buy, simply because I trusted this guy. More importantly, he walked us through the financing jungle, explaining in detail every document we signed. As a result, once again, I signed with confidence KNOWING AND TRUSTING that I was not being conned into something I did not want or need. I not only recommend Justin but this dealership; In us they have two very satisfied customers, and we will be back when we decide to change our second car. Finally, I drove away in my new RAV4 very satisfied knowing that the money I spent was well spent and I got VALUE for my money. Declan More

Easy Buying Experience (again)! I was in the market to replace my 2011 Tacoma with a new 2016. I purchased the '11 at Wilsonville Toyota and after looking a several other dealers, I decided to return. Jason and Brian both worked on getting me the new truck I was after at a fair price.
