But, a friend had recommended Wilsonville Toyota and my husband encouraged me to try one last spot. At the time we were only looking, but were given undivided attention, no pressure and employee spent several hours with us allowing us to really get all the information we were looking for. When we were ready we contacted Wilsonville and everyone we spoke with was amazing and made sure all our questions were answered. They ever drove several hundred miles and had a very long day to deliver our new vehicle with us. Regardless of where I am I will always go here first for a new vehicle. Their service is truly top notch. More

Within 2 hours, I was the owner of exactly the vehicle I'd been looking for, detailed and license plates attached. The staff was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They even had a dog bed for Jo to sleep on, so he didn't have to stay in the car. More

This is what I want I have been taking my 1997 Corolla to Wilsonville Toyota for service for, I’m sure it’s been more than 8 years, and have been very happy with how I wa I have been taking my 1997 Corolla to Wilsonville Toyota for service for, I’m sure it’s been more than 8 years, and have been very happy with how I was treated and the work they performed. Most of the service visits were brief and those that took a little longer, I was willing to wait in their very comfortable lounge. Last summer, on one of those longer than anticipated service visits, I had the opportunity to drive one of the new Camrys and loved how smooth and quiet the ride was. I was not in the market for a new car and I told myself that my next car was going to be a truck. After driving the Camry, though, there was some doubt about that. For the next 12 weeks I kept thinking and asking myself, “Is it time?” I loved my Corolla but it was showing it’s age and I had to make a decision on whether to put money into fixing it or getting a new one. What pushed me over the edge was an email I received from Wilsonville Toyota-Scion with the subject “There’s no harm looking, is there?” Of course, I looked and saw a beautiful white 2016 Camry with more stuff on it than I needed. After spending some time looking at the Corollas, the Rav4s and Camrys with fewer options, I knew this was what I wanted. When I arrived, the ladies at the reception desk paired me with Thedy Ettlin. I explained to him what I was looking for from the information on the website. Thedy knew this car and I was impressed with that and the knowledge of it’s features. We went for a test drive and I knew that this was the car I wanted. Before I made any decision, though, I asked if I could look at the Camry that would be considered the next step down. It was while sitting in the drivers seat of that car and Thedy explaining it’s features, that I realized that the first car was definitely the one that I wanted. The next part was the paperwork which Thedy went through with as much knowledge and enthusiasm as when he was showing me the car. Having made the choice of other options offered and signing several documents he presented me the key and the owners manual for the car. Of the five cars I've ever owned since 1980, this is my fifth Toyota. Before I left, Thedy walked me through pairing my phone with the cars Bluetooth, playing music and answering calls without touching the phone. All totaled, Thedy made the 4 and a half hours spent working with him worth the trip. I was impressed with this very bright and intelligent young man. I’m sure the other sales people are just as qualified, but I was glad I met Thedy. Thank you Wilsonville Toyota-Scion and Thank you Thedy Ettlin for being there for me. More
