Unprofessional, deceptive and condescending salesperson Received a call from Colin to purchase my car that was on Craigslist priced at $24,500. I told him on the phone that I had an offer from Kuni BMW fo Received a call from Colin to purchase my car that was on Craigslist priced at $24,500. I told him on the phone that I had an offer from Kuni BMW for over $23,000 and to not waste my time by offering less once I got there. I arrived and was greeted. Colin had my vehicle inspected and then low-balled me with a $22,000 offer. When I told him he wasted my time he held on to my keys like we were playing a game and said it was NOT a waste of my time and that I had NOT told him that i was not accepting low ball offers below $23,000. How does he know how valuable my time is??? He mentioned Kelly Blue Book value...Yes, for a poor condition vehicle. He has NEVER seen a 2014 in as pristine condition as my vehicle. He finally handed me my keys and a I left the dealership. Not happy with Colin or Wilsonville Toyota. Do NOT believe the "NO BULL" slogan, it is just lip service. I know where I WON'T be buying any future Toyotas. BE WARY if Wilsonville Toyota calls to buy your vehicle...BUYER AND SELLER BEWARE!!! Kuni BMW gladly paid me $23,500 today for my RAV4. The salespeople were the antithesis of Wilsonville Toyota's salesperson. Colin, so much for your "bubble" education about another dealer scamming me like the way you tried to that night. More

First time Buyer My wife wanted a new vehicle and she wanted a Toyota. We wanted a Highlander Limited which are difficult to find. I spoke to Greg McMillin on the phon My wife wanted a new vehicle and she wanted a Toyota. We wanted a Highlander Limited which are difficult to find. I spoke to Greg McMillin on the phone and he found one in the color we wanted. I placed a deposit as it was coming from another dealer. Greg called back later to say the vehicle just sold. We came in anyways and looked at their inventory. Greg was great. He was very personable, friendly, and professional. We ended up purchasing a Highlander Limited Platinum as my wife really liked the vehicle. Although the financing took forever, this was not Greg's fault. He did everything possible to move the process quicker. We just happened to hit a moment when a few vehicles were being purchased. I would recommend Greg to any new buyer at Wilsonville Toyota. More

However, they recently stopped washing your car at the end of the service. I really enjoyed this and looked forward to it. They did give me a complimentary card for at a local car wash but they said they were only giving those out for a while. I think it is a mistake taking this away from your typical service department. It was wonderful knowing when you left my car was running well, vacuumed and washed. More
