Wilsonville Toyota lived up to the Toyota reputation with friendly, professional service. I like the accessibility of Sunday hours, the informative and courteous approach of the two service underwriters that greeted me, and the prompt service. When the maintenance work was completed, the underwriters explained what was done, and what was needed for my next appointment. I will definitely be back to Wilsonville Toyota for service, and, when I witnessed the way in which salespeople were engaging customers in the showroom, I'll probably buy my next Toyota there as well. While waiting, I looked around at the showroom and lot and ended up having a great conversation with Stephen Krepps, one of the salespeople. Great guy, very knowledgeable and personable. If anyone is reading this and wants a nice sales experience, seek him out. More
