Both times we have been treated with respect and courtesy. We could possibly have gotten a better price elsewhere, but I think we have gotten a fair price backed by a commitment to our happiness. Scott spent hours with us reviewing our options and proposing alternatives. When we found a small problem with our purchase, after the deal was done and with no legal requirement to do so, he spent more hours with us reviewing alternatives, clearly dedicated to making us satisfied. Lack of Communication We were approved for a lease, drove it home, then several weeks later got an email from the dealer that there is an issue with my previous lease. Toyo We were approved for a lease, drove it home, then several weeks later got an email from the dealer that there is an issue with my previous lease. Toyota Wilsonville said they didn't know what the issue was, and I didn't know there was an issue. Toyota Finance told Toyota Wilsonville they are not allowed to share information about my lease. I then expended several hours of my life, when I should have been working, contacting Toyota Finance and dealing with this, only to confirm there was no issue with my previous lease. After I provided a letter from Toyota Finance to Toyota Wilsonville confirming there was issue, Toyota said they could "proceed with the lease." Toyota Wilsonville did a good job protecting my interest, but Toyota Finance should find a better way to communicate with their dealers so problems such can be resolved before a car leaves the showroom.
