I had bought a 2013 tundra from Elliot two years previous and the first time working with Wilsonville Toyota and it was hands down the best car buying experience I have had and I hate to say I've had more then my share of vehicle buying experiences. Anyways he asked if they could buy my truck back I told him I had no reason to sell it I like my truck it's been really good to me, obviously he was happy to hear that but left me with an offer to think about. I'm gonna make this short cause last time I wrote the whole experience so this time it's gonna be sweet. I am now IN A BAD xxx 2015TUNDRA, for the difference of less then a fast food combo meal! That's with the purchase of an extended service plan and a couple extras added and bumper to bumper! Once again Elliot and Wilsonville Toyota had made me the proud owner of solid dependable sharp looking truck. THANKS AGAIN ELLIOT YOUR THE MAN. 5 Star service from this guy!!! More
Top Tier Service I came in to the service department unannounced with an emergency situation. They were pretty busy on a Monday noon time and I had squeal on my passen I came in to the service department unannounced with an emergency situation. They were pretty busy on a Monday noon time and I had squeal on my passenger side that really concerned me but I a family emergency and really pressed on time, this team took control and said they'd do what they could but it would take at least an hour. Long story short the service department had me fixed and out of there in 30 min. Thank you service team I am glad to know i have such quality group to take care of me and my ride! More

Greeting me upon arrival at Portland's airport was Wilsonville Toyota internet sales rep Joey Ferranti who had capably managed all the details of my purchase, including adding options and 0% financing. Soon after arriving at Wilsonville Toyota, I was on my way home with my gorgeous new Corolla S Plus. Not only is the car a joy to drive, but I got a great deal. Thanks again, Joey, for picking me up at the airport and providing great service from beginning to end. I highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota. More

Good, but free vacuuming service was below expectation Katie was very attentive and thorough as a service manager. Overall, the experience was great, and most people working on the floor and walking through the lobby/coffee area were courteous and friendly. The shuttle service gentlemen was polite and attentive, and he checked each hour, by my request, to see if I wanted to go somewhere. It turned out that I stayed in the lobby area because it was comfortable. Lastly, the reason I did not give five stars was the vacuum service was in my opinion incomplete and sloppy. Recognizing it is a free service, I felt guilty complaining about this. Nonetheless, I had two complaints, one was a scratch on the door panel that was not there before I dropped off my RAV4, and the other was some leave particles and such that were still in the trunk area. More

Avalon Bluetooth "call in progress" problem Our new Avalon is equipped with a JBL Audio with navigation system that is supposed to be compatible with Bluetooth ver. 1.1 thru ver 3.1 +EDR. We ha Our new Avalon is equipped with a JBL Audio with navigation system that is supposed to be compatible with Bluetooth ver. 1.1 thru ver 3.1 +EDR. We have LG Chocolate phones which use Bluetooth ver 2.1 +EDR and they don't seem to work completely with the Avalon's Bluetooth. According to the Toyota compatibility chart this phone has not been tested, but it doesn't say it will not work. When a call is made while the car is turned off it goes directly to the phone, like it should. Then after the call has finished and the car is started the Bluetooth system shows that there is a "call in progress", even though the phone doesn't show a call in progress. We took the Avalon into Wilsonville Toyota to see if there was a problem with the Bluetooth system. Unfortunately, Wilsonville Toyota doesn't have a Bluetooth specialist or even a technician that can troubleshoot Bluetooth. The service person did send it to be checked out and they did update the navigation software with hopes that it would work. Well, nothing changed. I did find a "work around" to clear the "call in progress", but that is as good as it gets. It seems odd that this quality of car doesn't have better support. More
