We had a great experience in the purchase of our car with Azhar Khan. My husband was pretty rude and defensive when we sat down with him, mostly because of bad reviews he had read with other dealerships and Azhar Khan. Azhar remained kind and professional and made the transaction pretty seamless. My husband did apologize to him and was happy with our experience as well. Azhar was on vacation when our car was delivered and ready for pickup but he ensured we were taken care of with Yasir completing our deal. Yasir was also very pleasant and even though he was very busy, he made sure we were not sitting around waiting for him. He was also very polite and ensured I was familiarized with all the bells and whistles before I drove off in my beautiful new hybrid RAV4! Very happy with the care we received. More

This saved me a ton of time & money having to remove unneeded accessories such as the predator steps and the various other add-ons I didn't want to buy. I first came to Wilsonville Toyota, looking to test drive a 6MT Tacoma. Lawrence helped me out and found a few vehicles that could be acquired from other dealerships. However, I was not sure as yet. My next visit was to reserve a 6MT '24 Tacoma that the dealership had been allocated by Toyota. The lady at the front desk seemingly double booked me with Lawrence. When I was waiting for him to finish with the customer who he was working with, one of the managers (I believe it was Tanner) noticed me hanging out and quickly assigned Max to me. I must say that it has been a pleasure working with Max. His commitment to making sure that the process of acquiring my dream truck was smooth and pleasurable was admirable. Indeed, it was a very smooth process with no haggling, where I was offered the vehicle for the best price, up front. I had shopped around with a number of dealers in the area and Wilsonville Toyota certainly gave me the best price without any haggling. Max has been courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with the car buying experience. This is evident from the fact that when time came to collect my vehicle, I had requested a ride from my workplace in LO and Max showed up in his personal vehicle, braving the heavy traffic. This impressed me very much as I had assumed that the dealership would have a shuttle sent over, given my experience with Wilsonville Subaru service. One bit of constructive feedback, if I may, is that there is scope for improvement with regard to continued communication. While Max made sure every request of mine was addressed to my satisfaction, it would be great to get regular updates about the vehicle, especially between when the vehicle is reserved (is either in production or in transit) and picked up. Purchasing/leasing a new vehicle is always exciting for a customer and I, for one, was eager to get updates of the progress as the vehicle made its way from the factory to the dealership, which were not very forthcoming.
