I thought the dealership experience was fine. The “no bull” pricing is not always the best pricing as I found out later, , but I’m ok with my experience. I think most of the rating for my review should go to the person who I chatted with via the website, if he hadn’t gone the extra mile I wouldn’t have driven 3 hrs to the dealership. Also, this was a trade in/cash purchase and I had already done my homework but it took over 3 hrs to drive away - if ur going to stay open until 8 pm have the staff onboard to process paperwork etc. Also, if u are a WA resident be prepared to have to pay for licensing/taxes on the spot instead of having a month “float” on your funds for that - on my other car purchased in OR I was able to pay taxes and registration a month later by doing it myself at my local DMV. Actually, this bothered me a bit. Also, u get only one key so I think the salespeople should make it a point of getting ur digital key downloaded before u leave the dealership - I still haven’t had a successful download of mine yet… More

Me and my family have bought several vehicles from Wilsonville Toyota and it is always a great experience. While I wasn't able to get my Land Cruiser from this dealer due to Toyota allocations and looking for the exact one I wanted, I need to make sure the help that this dealer (and Lawrence specifically) provided is known. I was able to look at and test drive multiple vehicles, and Lawrence went over all the pros and cons of the different models/trims to give me the confidence to know exactly what vehicle I wanted, and with which options. The whole time he was very approachable, responsive to texts/calls, and made sure I was up to date on any changes. If the right LC had been allocated to Wilsonville early enough I would have loved to purchase from them. I will definitely be bringing in my LC to this dealer for maintenance, as the service department has also been great from my prior experience. Thanks again for all the help, Sean More
