Initially, we hadn’t decided if we were going to buy a new or a used car. We looked at several online and on the lot, and we took four test drives...switching drivers in the middle of each test drive We are very detail oriented, and so is John, for which we are very thankful. He was very knowledgeable about the features in each model year of the cars we looked at. In the end, we decided to buy a new car and are very happy with it. We felt no pressure. Refreshing ! I'll be honest, we put off taking my mother to find a new car for a solid month because I was dreading dealing with the USUAL car buying experience... I'll be honest, we put off taking my mother to find a new car for a solid month because I was dreading dealing with the USUAL car buying experience.....pushy annoying sales people, poor selection of vehicles, hidden charges, 8 hours of back and forth......everyone knows the drill right? I was wrong this time with Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick! Anthony B was the nicest, most down to earth car salesman I've ever met. He was so patient with all my mothers "quirks" and helped us above and beyond- he even helped her out of the car like a true gentleman. He never was pushy and we just loved working with him. Same thing goes for "JR" in financing. These two men are class acts and go way beyond what I've experienced in the past. Anthony and JR both literally told me to call them if my mother needed anything because they understood she's a widow and car buying can be a bit overwhelming. They had all of these qualities PLUS being very knowledgeable about their cars. I will absolutely recommend this dealership! More
