Took us in when we were in a pinch. We called John in the Service Dept. when we had a issue with our vehicle not being safe to drive. Cutter Ford said it would be a week before they woul We called John in the Service Dept. when we had a issue with our vehicle not being safe to drive. Cutter Ford said it would be a week before they would look at our car and let us drive off with kids in the car without telling us our vehicle wasn’t safe to drive. John told us to bring it in and made us a priority. He had our car that night and was ready for pickup in the morning. He called to tell us the issue and timeframe we were looking at. His customer service from start to finish is what every dealership should emulate. He has now earned our business for all of our vehicles. More
