At a low bar, Windward Ford is the best Ford Dealer on the island for Service. It's tough these days for dealers to provide great service. These guys kick everyone else's butt by doing the job which is as the island for Service. It's tough these days for dealers to provide great service. I believe the manufacturer could do a lot to help them. One thing would be to provide parts to them for recalls and repairs. Any problems these guys have fall on the manufacturer not doing their job well. The other Ford dealers have this problem too, however, the other dealers suck, and Windward Ford does not. Their employees care. They answer the phone. Try calling the other 2 dealers, you will not get through. It's like they don't want money. Go to Windward, keep your sanity. More

The Ford app made it convenient for me to schedule an appointment. I also appreciate that when I purchased my truck from Windward Ford, I was walked through how to use the app so when it came time to us appointment. Immediatly I was greated with a smile from Alaina and she explained what services beyond an oil change were available for me. I did not feel pushed at all to get extra service, but I did opt for a little more since this was my first check up with my vehicle I wanted to make sure everything good. I appreciated all the communicated about my vehicle during the service from the app and Alaina. I knew what was happening and in a timely manner. My vehicle was ready in no time and I was not waiting around wondering what was going on. The location of Windward Ford is wonderful because I got to walk around Kailua Town and get some shopping done. I like how Alaina put it, 'go hololo'. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Alaina was there with all that aloha spirit to show me what was done, go over the bill, and get my truck. The people who set up the appointment, checked me in, serviced my car, went over the service completed, and completed my payment were friendly and professional. When I arrived, there was a tow truck in the drive, but a man sitting at the entrance waved me through, and although there was some navigating to do with drivers and vehicles and the tow truck, the staff handled it all with grace and patience. What could have been a frustrating situation, was a challenge met and handled professionally. More
