They really check out your vehicle and they found I needed a new battery which they were able to replace right away. The service advisor takes the time to review what they found doing the inspection such as condition of brakes, tires etc. I highly recommend their service department. More

Wayne Fukumoto went above and beyond to not only test drive the different cars but was able to provide courtesy shuttle to be able to take my brand new car home and was able to answer all the questions I had in regards to the vehicles. When the engine needed to be rebuilt (twice) it was frustrating having to call them for updates. I feel courtesy update calls made once a week to keep me informed of the status would have been appropriate. (This is my work vehicle and they knew I needed it for work, but I felt it did not matter, they were going in corporates timeline. Due to the time difference between Hawaii and Corporate repairs are done at a snails pace. With that said, the staff is very friendly and helpful whenever you have contact with them. More

All Around Awesome!! My entire experience at Windward Ford has been amazing from the time I purchased one of my trucks from them. I needed my truck to go in for a standar My entire experience at Windward Ford has been amazing from the time I purchased one of my trucks from them. I needed my truck to go in for a standard oil change service, which is covered under my service contract, so I called in the morning & was able to take it in that very afternoon. I did have to explain to the Service Techs that I had a breathalyzer in my truck to ensure that they were still able to do it & to see whether or not I needed to remain on site to assist w/the breathalyzer device. Amazingly Windward Ford was able to still service my truck as they were familiar w/the breathalyzer & didn't need me to remain on site. Sadly, one of my other vehicles extended service contract had expired w/out me even being able to utilize it due to the breathalyzer & Honolulu Ford not having the capabilities &/or trained technicians to properly service vehicles with the breathalyzer system. Windward Ford is awesome & I look forward to purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. More

Shop around I may just be sheltered from the harsh realities of repair costs, but I absolutely cannot believe that air conditioning and brakes repair would cost o I may just be sheltered from the harsh realities of repair costs, but I absolutely cannot believe that air conditioning and brakes repair would cost over $3,600. After talking to my friends about the work that was done, I felt more and more like I was ripped off. Lesson learned for sure - next time I will shop around. The silver lining is that I got to see Tai, a lot attendant that has been there forever, he always makes me feel at home and like a valued customer :) More

I think after your service department realized the liability of letting me leave your dealership with failing brakes, they stepped up the service and got the repairs done. I thank JR for calling me and explaining the repair process and what changes to expect. So far.....the brakes are working. NO ONE should ever have to go through what I went through to get my brakes fixed. More
