Winner Ford of Cherry Hill

I went to Winner Ford in Cherry Hill today because we had a flat due to a piece of metal stuck in the tire. First of all, the service department was closed at 12 which is ridiculous in New Jersey. Not one single person in the building offered any assistance with helping my husband change the tire, or help womith taking it across the street to get a plug. NOT ONE PERSON. There were at least 10 employees there but, they were just "sales reps" according to them. Yall dont know know how to change tires?? I have a brand new Ford Expedition and am absolutely disgusted at the Non-Service we received. They offered me a bottle of water, though, so i guess that was as good as the service gets. I guess they didnt want to sweat in their black uniforms or get off their phones while sitting in the air conditioning. Totally disgusted. More

I spoke with Christie on Tuesday and she was very helpful. She set up an appointment with Alex for Friday. We met but the price was too high, so I left.
