I’ve never experienced treatment this unprofessional from any business. When I recognized that Frank in service was too frazzled to handle the call, I politely said I’d reach out another time. He then called me back—unprompted—just to swear at me repeatedly and end the call with “F*** you.” What’s worse is that upper management has not responded to any of my emails. The silence suggests that this behavior is either ignored or tolerated, which is extremely concerning.

He said there’s nothing wrong with it but the mechanic that was on said he heard a noise coming from the rear. HAD INSPECTION DONE BRAKE PADS WERE AT 14/32 AND 10/32. A WEEK LATER AFTER TRAVELING 108 MILES THEY ARE TELLING ME ALL MY PADS ARE AT 8/32 AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.(xx) YOU CAN DRIVE 10,000 TO 15,000 MILES TO WEAR DOWN 4/32 OF YOUR BRAKE PADS. WHAT A SCAM!

So I had a great experience with Brian ,bought my truck on Friday..then here comes the problem. I gave Patrick a check ,and he promised to wait till I transferred money into my checking account and wrote out the check,,trusted him that he would wait then I woke up today to the check being cashed..Well that ruined my day..So instead of putting up my Christmas decorations,,I was running around Tommy bank, then my card was turned down at the Acme.. Gave them whatever cash I had.to pay for groceries. My blood pressure was out of control today. All I wanted was a nice experience ND to be excited about my new Bronco ,but instead it turned into a nightmare for me..I will say they are trying to fix it ,but it should have never happened in the first place..im sooo miserable today.took all the fun out of having and buying a new car.

My husband found a green Bronco that he wanted to look at so we drove over from NJ to check it out. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Ron Haines was personable, knowledgeable and honest the entire transaction. We were in and out in around 3 hours and left with a great deal and my husband’s dream car. I’d highly recommend this dealer!
