Terrible service department! Damaged my car windshield while doing an oil change. The car is only a year old and was in great condition. "Service manager" refused to fix the damage and told me to call my while doing an oil change. The car is only a year old and was in great condition. "Service manager" refused to fix the damage and told me to call my insurance to get it replaced. Service manager pretended the damage happened while I was driving. Service advisor used a razor blade on the windshield to scrape at the marks! I asked for the person in charge of the dealership, Dino Rucci, who supposedly wasn't there that day. He has completely ignored my voicemails and email. What terrible customer service in addition to their incompetent service department that can't do an oil change without damaging your vehicle. I would never go here again. Very shady place. Ford should really look into what's going on at this place. It really makes them look bad. More

Wonderful car buying experience. Worked with us to make the price right on a new explorer. Rick was extremely helpful with finding us the right vehicle. Update: Originally the experience was great. We were supposed to have the windshield replaced and it came in and we were never called. We waited over a month with a cracked windshield. Additionally, Rick said that as part of the deal we would be getting weather tech mats. As of 6 months later we still do not have those. More

I made a comment on how much I liked his business card holder (a super cool Shelby GT 350 hood) and asked if he had anymore laying around; the dude took his business cards out of it and gave it to me! That definitely added the cherry on-top of his already superior service. The transaction and entire experience went as smoothly and easily as it possibly could have gone. Between Sage and Joe Hozalski (sales manager), the deal that was made for us was totally unbelievable. It's not often that you go into a car dealer and don't second guess yourself, i.e... did I get the best deal, could I have gotten the car cheaper at another dealership, not so here. Please know that we did get the best deal possible. Total transparency is how we were handled and when that occurs there is no second guessing. Also, as we are 2 disabled seniors we are often targeted by salesman. I encourage my fellow senior citizens go to Winner Ford. You will not be disappointed. More

Thanks Dave (Salesman) and Gavin (Finance Consultant)!! We were impressed! Dave and I spoke on the phone and after a few days or so going back and forth to narrow down the selection of vehicle we were interested in and a price that was in our ballpark we went to the dealership to have our trade evaluated. Dave was waiting for us and the car we were going to test drive was ready to go when we arrived there and that definitely saved some time. During our test drive the dealership valued our trade and came back to us with an affordable monthly payment. Dave was very friendly, courteous and helpful, explaining how all of the features of the car worked and how the electronics tied to my phone. This model had a navigation system, something we were not familiar with. He had a lot of patience too while explaining everything to us. Signing the paperwork was very quick and smooth with Gavin as he was extremely organized, friendly and courteous as well. The dealership was clean and nice and bright and has plenty of places to sit while you are waiting for the paperwork to be ready for signing. Overall we were there for about three hours from start to finish then we drove home with our new car. We recommend Winner Ford for your next car purchase and Dave as a salesman!
