Buying a new car can be a hassle but not with David at this dealership. After a small amount of negotiation we came to an agreement on a new Mustang along with my trade in cars' value. We were there for a this dealership. After a small amount of negotiation we came to an agreement on a new Mustang along with my trade in cars' value. We were there for about three hours from start to finish when I drove away with the new car. I don't remember the finance man's name but he was courteous, helpful and, at times, funny. David was very helpful, explaining how to tie our phones to the Mustang. He had a lot of patience explaining to two semi-illiterate phone/computer people. I might add that the price of the Mustang was very good and I had done a lot of searching for a new Mustang on the net. All in all I recommend this dealership More

Starting the process, even though I knew what vehicle I wanted, I was dreading the sales pitch to come or trying to talk me into something else. That did not happen with Rick, no pressure, zero pressure. S wanted, I was dreading the sales pitch to come or trying to talk me into something else. That did not happen with Rick, no pressure, zero pressure. So refreshing. Test drove and looked at a vehicle. Decided what I wanted. Worked with rick and decided to do financing outside of Ford (again no pressure thank you, thank you and thank you). I asked rick to hold the vehicle and I would call him the next day, True to his word, he held the vehicle. I wanted the vehicle prior to receiving the bank check, he respectfully asked for the down payment check and said take the vehicle while we await the bank check. Nice guy, easy to work with. I am new to Jersey, so now when I go for service, its the service department’s turn to live up to the standard rick set. The dealership was clean, people were friendly and they were honest in response to my questions. No hidden surprises. I hope winner becomes my dealer. I’ll be looking to buy 1-2 more vehicles over the next 2 years. Stay there rick so I can see you. On a side note, thank you for supporting our military and the Veterans. Any person/organization that does that earns a special spot in my heart and their community should be proud to have them supporting those who risked their lives so that we can work and have wonderful free establishments like winner ford. To L. Ford, thanks for stepping in on the finance side and getting that paperwork together. I gather you guys may have been a little short handed.
