Do NOT take your car for service to Winner Ford. Their service department only cares about taking your money, NOT fixing your problem. I just took my car their for a check engine light, over $800 worth of service department only cares about taking your money, NOT fixing your problem. I just took my car their for a check engine light, over $800 worth of work, 2 days later, coincidentally the light comes on agian! When I brought the car back to the service department, they gave me a estimate for $300 worth of new service to "fix" the same problem. When I expressed that I just paid them $820, they told me that they would only charge me for parts. When I looked on the internet for how much those parts would be, It was 1/3 of the price they quoted me at. They talked down and to me and my fiancee, speaking to us like we were idiots. Never trust their service department. They will lie to you and take your money. More

Matt Gurksi is the only salesman I will see to purchase a vehicle from now on. He was professional and polite, always holding the door open for my fiance and me. We were so impressed with Matt in our first experience, I felt comfortable sending my fiance to him when she was in the market for a new car, one month after my purchase. We both have only positive things to say about Matt Gurski and while hopefully neither of us will need a new vehicle in the near future, we have recommended our friends and family not only to Winner Ford, but to Matt Gurksi personally. Went to winner ford looking to upgrade from my current vehicle (Cobalt) my credit wasn't the best so I wasn't sure what I was going to be able to get.
