We bought a used vehicle from CHRIS HANSEN at WINNER FORD in Cherry Hill, NJ and he promised that if the car did not pass inspection, he would take care of it. First of all, they did not contact us regarding in Cherry Hill, NJ and he promised that if the car did not pass inspection, he would take care of it. First of all, they did not contact us regarding an issue with our insurance until the temporary license was almost expired and we did not get our registration until 3 days after the temporary tag expired so we could not drive it. Then we took it to get it inspected--it failed because of a leaking brake cylinder at a cost of almost $250, and guess what, they would back their promise and fix it!! The owner GINO was rude and disrespectful saying we bought it as is. We explained we were promised it would pass inspection but he did not care, all they care about is the sale and not how it is made. Do not buy from this dealer. Also Chris Hansen knowingly gave us all the personal information from the previous owner, including name, address, phone and even credit card information that was included in service history--he mad no attempt to black it out or conceal it. This does not sound like an ethical practice to me. Again, do not buy from this dealer,the will sweet talk you and stab you in the back. Yes, Winner Ford, you know who we are and I am going to keep my promise to you to make sure as many people as possible know about your unethical business!!! More

What would the advice be to someone who would like to purchase a vehicle hours from a dealer? We thought that being in contact with the dealer en route, letting them know our arrival, would be enough. Ap purchase a vehicle hours from a dealer? We thought that being in contact with the dealer en route, letting them know our arrival, would be enough. Apparently not! Mr. Childs sold the vehicle we told him we were coming to buy only 5 minutes prior to our arrival and then hid when we got there. He didn't even have the decency to speak to our faces to tell us himself! After a long day of driving and coming up empty handed we can only think of the many reasons why someone would do such a thing. The only reason that makes sense is that people are greedy and motivated by money. Apparently in Cherry Hill, NJ they get told every day that someone will be by to buy a vehicle, so they cannot hold vehicles for people who are driving from afar. My advice...shop local or just go down the road to another dealer. These people are not worth your time! More
