Tom was very good in the finance office, but I was a little turned off by the continual sales pitch to sell extended warranty, insurance, rustproofing, etc. The biggest surprise to me came as we were ready to drive away with the vehicle to find out that there was only a 1/4 tank of gas in it. I actually went back in and asked about it and was told that used vehicles only get a $10 fuel voucher. I think there was definitely enough profit margin in a $17000 used vehicle to have filled the gas tank. Totally ended the buying experience on a negative note and will be the one thing I remember in the future as I look for vehicles. More
