Thank you for the “Very Good” rating that you gave Wisslers, Alex, and Lex. I understand you would have preferred a much stronger discount on the vehicle you wanted to purchase. The auto industry has changed a lot over the years and so has Wisslers. Wisslers has taken the stance that we must win a customer by showing a great value upfront and adding benefits instead of winning customers by HUGE discounts. Unlike some others, we have our vehicles discounted “up front.” The vehicle you were looking at was an extremely unique vehicle. Acquisition costs of these vehicles are typically higher and demand a higher retail price. This vehicle has now been sold and delivered 16 days after we purchased. I understand the typical perception of high discounts on a vehicle, however the trend is changing and, personally, I would be more concerned over a dealership that is able to give a $2,000-$3,000 discount – they are the ones who are looking for a home run. Instead of trying to hit home runs, I would like the slow and steady line of thinking – a lot of fair deals for more people. This is great for our company and great for our customers! We do appreciate the opportunity you gave us to earn your business. I’m sorry we could not come to an agreement on this vehicle, however we will reach out to you if we get something similar!
