Poor customer and car service Terrible customer service and my car isn't even fixed. Anytime I called I sat on hold for at least 5-10 mins. Once someone answered, put back on hold Terrible customer service and my car isn't even fixed. Anytime I called I sat on hold for at least 5-10 mins. Once someone answered, put back on hold for another 5-10 mins. Only ever received updates if I called them, never received curtosy calls to update me on service or let me know my car was done. Left a message and never heard back. Was told I'd get a call back in 10 mins, never did and had to call them back to get any information which was generally minimal as the person answering phones isn't actually qualified to provide information. Will be going to a different dealer for all future service. More

First time service customer. I gave them 5 stars because their staff was friendly and helpful, the service time was fairy quick considering that I had an oil change, a full inspec I gave them 5 stars because their staff was friendly and helpful, the service time was fairy quick considering that I had an oil change, a full inspection done plus got my tires aligned. And on top of that you couldn’t beat the price. Would definitely come back for all my future car service needs. The only thing that can be a bit of a set back can be wait times, so schedualing a service appointment ahead of time would be a thing to consider. But other than that no real complaints here. More
