Sales This review was for my sales experience when I purchased my vehicle about a month ago. I was told when purchasing the vehicle I would be able to pick This review was for my sales experience when I purchased my vehicle about a month ago. I was told when purchasing the vehicle I would be able to pick it up on a certain date. When Ilthat day came around I had not heard from anyone saying the vehicle was not ready so I drove to the dealership to pick it up. However I found out once at the dealership that the registration was not ready so I could not get the vehicle and would have to come back later in the week. My sales rep knew that the vehicle was not going to be ready that day but failed to notify me. Then when the day came to pick the vehicle up there was a deep scratch in the front bumper from whoever put the license plate on the vehicle. The sales rep tried to help by putting some silver paint on it but the scratch is so deep that it is still there to be seen. Overall I would not recommend this dealership due to the inconvenience it caused me and the fact that my car was damaged before I even drove off the lot with it. More
Problem remains the same Entune system keeps shutting down and rebooting, on average of every ten minutes. Company 800 advisor recommended software update. Not able to keep system operating for required update. Took vehicle to service department. They advised after 90 minutes that update was completed. Left dealership and system shut down and rebooted within 2 miles of dealership with note advising that software not up to date. Very disappointed. More
