Then, instead of any 'recovery' attempt, they spent another day trying to impose a 'replacement' - generally, dictating me to purchase a worse car for more money. And after I finally claimed a refund, all of their managers just stopped returning my calls and started playing hide-and-seek like kindergarteners... Add a habit of having their customers seated for an hour before even attending them... What a service! More

Charged for a warranty I did not buy or sign off on I would give 0 stars if I could. I leased a vehicle from Woburn Toyota in October of 2016. I brought a very experienced car buyer with me to avoid any sort of misunderstanding or potential issues with my financing and paperwork. Both my friend and I were extremely clear that I was not interested in any sort of warranty on the vehicle. The finance manager Hank said he completely understood, and because I chose no sort of warranty, he decided to throw in 'free environmental protection' at the end of the day. It was a nice gesture. I signed off on that. Yesterday I went through my paperwork and realized that Hank signed me up for a 6 year warranty on my 2 year lease. I immediately reached out to the dealership and calmly asked to speak with a finance manager so we could review the terms of my lease and apparent warranty. I was transferred to voicemail and disconnected the first 3 times that I called. On my 4th attempt I was transferred to a woman at the front desk who bluntly notified me that nobody was available to speak to me, and that I could decide to wait 1 hour+ to speak with someone or call back tomorrow. Disappointing and unprofessional. Today I reached out to Hank to ask him why he signed me up for a six year warranty on a 2-year lease. His response was 'i figured giving you 6 years instead of 2 in case you keep your car at the end of lease.' He thought he'd not only sign me up for a warranty that I did not want and did not sign off on, but that he'd extend it for 4 years beyond the life of my lease 'in case' I keep the car? Not only that, but he admitted that he overcharged me for my lease and needed to put the money somewhere. I never saw this paper, never would have signed off on it if I had, and can now see why I was asked to sign an electronic signing pad instead of actual paperwork. Not only was I fraudulently signed up for a simonizing package, but I was charged almost $1,500 for this. As a first time car buyer, this was my worst nightmare. I was hoping Woburn Toyota would be different, but they took advantage of me and perpetuated every stereotype there is. More
Helpful in an emergency I had a scary emergency with my car, and, even though the service department was busy, they took me right in and helped me with transportation. He treats customer I had a horrible experience with this dealer. I went to test drive a car at their dealer. The salesman had a professional attitude. He treats customer very well. However, things turn upside down horribly only after five minutes of negotiations with the sales manager. This cheeky manager (Wally) told me to "get out of the place. Let's not waste our time" and he said not to come back here again then take his business card off my hand. This guy try to make the sale but I declined his ridiculous offer, he wouldn't give me any discount off the listing price. not even a dime. He got mad, walk away to greet other customer, probably to yell at them. DO NOT GO TO WOBURN TOYOTA. if you are willing to take the risk at least ask not to talk to this mannerless manager (Wally). Board of director: this is a message to you. if you ever wondered why your sales are going down. It is because you guys forgot to get rid of this manager from your dealership. More

The service departmen Below sent to Woburn Toyota Service Department management. Hello, This is some feedback regarding your service department. The service department has repeatedly wasted my wife and my time regarding her Toyota Yariss safety recalls. There are apparently three. Only one of which we care about, the airbag. We made an appointment to have them all fixed at once, which we were told was possible by your staff. When we got there arrived for our appointment the first time, we were told "oh we only have one part, we can only do one repair". It would have been nice if we' weren't lied to initally, but what the heck, we had that one repair done and scheduled a new appointment for the rest. We receive a call a week later - "we have all your parts, come in". We schedule a new appointment. Take off work, arrange rides - you know the deal. We get there, "oh your recall notice has a code on it that says we can't put in the airbag for you yet - but we can do the other repair". No where on our notice does it explain a mysterious code. It just says "come in now". I attached the notice - you tell me how we're supposed to know the notice that says "come in" doesn't mean "come in". Again it would be nice to know you couldnt do all the job when we scheduled it. We would have waited until it could be done. We declined to have any work done and left today. Thanks for wasting my time twice. Seriously, if you dont want to do recall work - just xxxxxx tell me - I'll go somewhere else. No big deal. Just dont waste my time, we both got **** to do you know? It had some minor scrapes which I overlooked based on the price. At my first car wash I was able to swipe touch up paint off the car and onto my fingers. The salesmen took advantage of my being young and tried to swindle me. To begin, the first man who I test drove with spoke more about the new Toyota he was trying to put me in than the car we were sitting in. The second salesman who apparently sold me the car I was able to get in touch with once after calling the finance manager and letting him know I was getting no response on the day I was supposed to pick up my car. Thirdly the finance manager was trying to tell me why I shouldn't pay my car off ASAP as I had told him I would. (He wanted to profit off of me in interest) The second finance manager told me how much my credit would be helped while the first finance man pouted in the corner. I am furious about the completely dinged up end of my car and the scrapes/dents throughout (which look nothing like the minor imperfections that were put on display for me when I was presented the car.) I would rate this dealership zero stars if possible. More
