In the interim I made an appointment with the dealership for 3:30. I and my car arrived at about 2:55 pm. John Russo checked me in and they took the car immediately to the bay to look at it. They put on the spare so I could drive safely and ordered the tire I needed. The next day John called me to tell me the tire was in and had already been mounted. John saw me in line , called me by name , took my keys and I was out of there in 20 minutes. John Russo should be commended for his customer service and expertise. More

While the repairs were satisfactory, when I picked up my vehicle the invoice included a headlight restoration, air filter and rear windshield wiper replacement which I had not authorized to be done on my 193,000 mile vehicle. I feel they took advantage of my vulnerable situation and added charges to increase my costs. More

Because I had a scheduled appointment I was checked in immediately and whisked back home by the courtesy shuttle within fifteen minutes of arrival. Service was completed in two and one half hours, one hour less than estimated, and the return shuttle was at my door within fifteen minutes of the courtesy phone call alert. John Russo explained the brake job done on my rear brakes, made sure to tell me the brakes would be more sensitive in the next few days, and also gave me a direct line and email address to contact him directly with any questions or issues. More

Last minute service, great experience I called the dealership at noon on Weds looking to come in that night to have my battery replaced as my car wouldn't start. I wouldn't be able to ar I called the dealership at noon on Weds looking to come in that night to have my battery replaced as my car wouldn't start. I wouldn't be able to arrive until 7 p.m. when walk in hours ended at 6 and there were no appointments left but was told no problem, come on in. When I arrived I was quickly checked in and within an hour my battery was replaced and I was ready to go. Overall I was very happy with the entire experience. More
