So there are hidden fees they did not explain to me and I only figured out this when the lease expired. It is the most mistake in my life I ever made to work with this dealer. Go to other dealers, this dealer does not deserve any business and their price is not competitive at all. They do not treat their customer as customer. More

He was Recently I visited Woburn Toyota with the intention of test driving a Tocoma truck. I was introduced to Tony Pasuy upon entering the showroom. He was up front with me and told me that it was his first week at this dealership and he may not know the answers to all my questions, but would find the answers if needed. He asked me a few questions and we road tested a Tocoma. He was more knowledgable than he claimed to be. We did learn a few of the trucks features together during the ride. He was great. I didnt feel like he was pressuring me in any way. He was very genuine and honest. I never make a decision on a big purchase without sleeping on it first as a personal standard, however this time I made an exception. Never Again Went in to finalize a purchase and found that the vehicle I wanted and test drove had been sold. No problem, I had waited too long to make a decision. They found me another vehicle but never allowed me to see it or drive it before purchase. I was taken to the finance persons office where I stated I had very little time and had only come in to sign the financing application. This person held on to the application while he pushed at me to purchase extended warranties. I finally walked out and canceled my purchase. The whole situation felt shady More
