The Customer Service Technicians have always been friendly, and there is rarely a wait to drop off your vehicle. I've brought my truck in for an issue and they've even waived the diagnostic fee for me. I've never had oil or grease in or on my truck after they service it. They are clean and professional. I recommend this dealer highly based on other mechanics and dealers I've been to. More

Terrible Service!!!! I emailed them several times asking about the car and was again told the price instead of answering the questions I had. I again emailed about purchasing the car, never got another response from them. seeing the lack of interest they have in helping a customer buy from them I can only imagine what would happen once they get your money. Seems like they want you to BEG them to sell you a car, the service so far has been terrible, I am looking elsewhere. I posted this same note on Woburn toyoya's facebook page and with in a few minutes got a response saying they would look into it, needless to say, no other responses from them on how badly I have been treated while trying to buy a vehicle from them, I guess their I dont care attitude sums up why you should stay away from this dealer.... More
