Each time I return to WT, John is always very outgoing, super professional and empathetic to your waiting times and your overall experience. He constantly provides updates on the status of the job and gets you in-and-out as quickly as possible. He is great and that is not something you come across everyday. The team at Express Lube is always fantastic, no matter who I deal with, but John Russo seems to be my main contact and always knows me by name, despite the hundreds if not thousands of clients he deals with on a regular basis. Do not take your Toyota anywhere else for service Chris Etter had the good luck of dealing with nails in my tires one week apart. The second time, Jason (sorry, I did not get his last name) told me to bring in my car right away on a Sunday. Chris took care of everything and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Also, Luis (again sorry I did not get his last name), the technician, stopped by to say hello while I was waiting outside. I asked him to check my other tires for nails since I was having real bad luck with them. He was happy to do that for me. All in all, a shout out has to go to Chris Etter, who made sure everything went smoothly and was very amiable to deal with. More
