I was able to use a coupon that saved me 20% on the brakes and John arranged a free Shuttle ride to the Burlington Mall so I could have Brunch with my family. After brunch, the phone rang and and my car was ready. I also earned Albrecht points towards the purchase of my next Toyota. I have going to the Woburn Toyota Express Service for about 10 years now. Oil Changes, new tires (free life time tire rotation, Road Hazard repair and mounting, balance and alignment are all included in the price), Brakes and regular maintenance are all honestly performed. When I arrived to service my car, little did I know that not only would my car be serviced; but, I a John Russo is an exceptional service technician. When I arrived to service my car, little did I know that not only would my car be serviced; but, I also would finally learn how to Remote Start my engine (after owning the car for six months). He gave me step-by-step instructions and also explained what was happening! He is also a warm and cordial gentleman. John should be commended for his professional expertise. Advertised price - online ad at Edmunds.com bundled college discount (which most will not qualify for) - whoever wrote this up is dragging the team down - 2 stars. The sales guy was first rate, helpful, low pressure and generally upfront about everything. He is one to ask for by name. Price was (after careful comparison shopping) best around even when phantom discount vanished - so also great. Whoever does their online ads is causing real problems - $750 in savings that you don't qualify for is pretty deceptive. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars as it drags them down into the muck with other car dealers. More
