First Service - unlike any other Yesterday I brought my car in for the first service covered under Toyota maintenance. I was immediately greeted by Jason, an express lube advisor. He was pleasant and easy to joke with and made the check in process easy. The vehicle was done in an hour, just as he said it would. The most impressive part that made me write a review for the service department was the delivery of my vehicle back to me. After leasing Honda, BMW, Nissan, and Ford previously, I've never had such an in depth explanation, easy to read R.O, and given the color spot my car was parked to easily find it. Kudos to Jason, and the rest of Woburn Toyota for making both the sales, and now service experience top notch. More
