I bought my Camry here and have had it for a lot of satisfied years. By the way, the sales process was far above every other dealership that I visited. A few days ago, I went in for an oil change and w satisfied years. By the way, the sales process was far above every other dealership that I visited. A few days ago, I went in for an oil change and was advised that additional work needed to be done right away and was given an estimate. I wasn't able to fit it into my schedule that day since the work required leaving my car for several hours. Late Saturday afternoon I went online and scheduled a Sunday appointment. Patrick called me right away to advise that the appointment needed to be rescheduled and offered Monday morning. Again, I couldn't wait at the dealership, and without hesitation Patrick offered a free loaner car. That made all the difference for me. The work was done in less time than expected and based on past experience, I know that I can rely on the quality of the job. When I went in to pick up my Camry, Patrick told me the job would cost me absolutely nothing! I was overwhelmed. When I asked why, he said they wanted to show appreciation for my continued loyalty in allowing them to service my car all these years. Everyone who offers a product or service claims their customers are the most important aspect of their business--Patrick proved to me that Woburn Toyota really means it! More

The smell in the car is kind of mixed you cannot tell exactly if that is powder or cigar. When we asked the sales person about the powder he replied it might be of the shampoo wash or something and he told me that they will clean the car and give it to us....We wanted to go for a ride and he told us it is not possible as they are getting to the closing time. Finally we like the car and put the downpayment and registered the car. By the time we are taking the car with the car wash inside that powder thing is gone and you literally smell the cigar. When we asked the manger he replied we can exchange the car next day. When we went next day another manager said no exchange....That's ridiculous how come one mnager says different from one another...I told them we have 2 year old we cannot take this car...This manger he didn;t even allow us to look at another car. He rudely said take this smoked car and he wont allow for exchange. Sid. More
