I brought my Toyota RAV4 to Woburn Toyota where it was purchased as I was experiencing a noise coming from the rear of the car. He then scheduled an appointment for me and gave me a loaner car. He told me it would be ready the next day at 11:00AM and I received a call at 10:59AM the next day telling me my car was finished. I went to this dealership for an oil change on my vehicle. I did not even have an appointment; I was a "walk-in," and even though the vehicle I brought in was not a Toyota, I received a friendly gre vehicle. They even went over and above the usual service by noting that one of my tires had a nail in it which was causing a slow leak. They promptly repaired the faulty tire, and at reasonable cost as well. They also suggested that I have the transmission fluid changed sometime soon, yet I did not feel pressured to do this immediately. I appreciated the fact that I was not being pressured to obtain service for which I was not prepared for at the time to obtain. I already recommend that my adult children get their vehicles serviced at this dealership, and I would highly recommend this dealership to others as well. More

I was thinking of going to National Tire for a 4 wheel alignment because it was recommended by a friend. John Russo at the express service couldn't have been more helpful, the technicians included a free overall inspection and general assessment and I was out in about an hour (for $33). Very efficient and a great overall feeling about the place. I'll definitely go back - recommended. More
