When I arrived, I found all of the paperwork to be in order, my car exactly as described, and all details worked out for me. I spent a total of one hour on site and drove off with my new car. Mr. Fahey went over all of the options on the newer Corolla (my last one was a 2007), and we left completely satisfied. I couldn't have fantasized about an easier and more satisfying experience purchasing a car. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Fahey. More
I took my minivan in for an oil change (free upon the 5th change) and it was completed as estimated within one hour. A courtesy inspection suggested a tire rotation and new rear wiper blade insert, both of w change) and it was completed as estimated within one hour. John and Ramon were extremely helpful and friendly. They do not give you the feeling that you are spending money that you don't need to. Woburn Toyota has very friendly service advisors that are helpful and do not talk down to you. I have never had any issues with the quality of their service work. Their hours are great too, open until 8pm on helpful and do not talk down to you. I have never had any issues with the quality of their service work. I came in for the regular 65,000 mile service. Brake and water-pump problems surfaced. No problem. I have come to trust the service department when they spot things because extra work is not something that water-pump problems surfaced. No problem. This extra work meant the car would be tied up longer; John Russo made it very easy for me to get a loaner so I could keep some appointments in Boston. He also waived the cost of the water pump (due to warranty questions). Clearly the culture in the service department is geared toward friendliness, cooperation and a thorough knowledge of the automobiles. I didn't mind spending the money because the car I left with is safer and the experience was made as painless as possible. More
