I haven't had any major repairs done on my car, I usually go there for an oil change and tire rotation. The service is great and the wait not too long. From my first visit to the time I actually drove off the lot with my new car, everybody I interacted with at Woburn Toyota was beyond friendly and accommodating. More specifically, the salesman I dealt with, Rob Fahey, was incredible. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Since this was my first car purchase, I was a little nervous about dealing with your "typical" salesman, and in no way does Rob fit that bill. He was so relaxed, didn't pressure me in any way and made me feel very comfortable in a situation that I expected to be uncomfortable in. If you're looking for a new or used car, I would HIGHLY recommend Woburn Toyota and Robert Fahey. More
I needed my thirty thousand mile scheduled service on my 2007 Prius so I decided to go on a Saturday thinking it was no big deal. As far as Woburn Toyota is concerned, they are the only people who will ever work on my car. I would not trust anybody else. They take care of everything and stand behind what they do. You definitely get what your money's worth from Woburn Toyota. All I can say is with all the bad publicity Toyota is having these days, they are very fortunate to have dealers like Woburn Toyota cleaning up after them. More

At Woburn Toyota, I was pleasantly surprised by the matter-of-fact, straight talk that I received form their internet sales rep - Robert Fahey. The interactions I had with him were nothing less than professional, courteous and candid. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free shopping experience. More

Robert Fahey was excellent to work with. I've been to many other dealerships that gave me the run around and Rob got right to the point. After I submitted my information, I was contacted within the hour by Robert Fahey of my local Toyota dealership, and we set out to meet the next day. Toyota of Woburn, MA also was the ONLY dealership within a reasonable distance of my home that had cars available on the lot that met my specifications. The next day I met with Robert, who was a most down to earth friendly person, and after driving a new Corolla, we executed a nearly flawless sale, and I drove away with a new vehicle in only a short period of time! I need 4 tires. When I called Rick Mann gave me a quote that was competitive. It was a Sat. and I could get in that day. He asked if I had any coupons. I had forgotted and just by asking, he saved me $75 that was competitive. It was a Sat. and I could get in that day. He asked if I had any coupons. During the time my car was there, he called with an update and a few small things (inspection sticker one of them) and was able to get them done, thus saving me time to later do these items which I had not noticed. After the service, Rick called later to let me know he had found out there was an extra rebate if 4 Bridgestone tires were bought and If I could come by and sign the form, he would get that started. The fact that he discovered this after the fact and did indeed call me was most appreciative. I bought my car in 2007 and I have had all positive experiences from the salesman Mo to the service representatives that work with me each time I go in. More
