agreement wasn’t honored! purchased a 2017 used car with 28,000 miles on it. I spoke to a sales person multiple times and left a deposit. The morning before heading up to Woburn as it was an hour away, I wanted to make sure the truck had a class IV trailer hitch. The sales person Mark told me the truck I was buying had it. Come to find out it didn’t. After trying to resolve the situation they ended up selling the truck to another customer. Needless to say, they did not have the decency to let me know they were selling the truck to another customer. And to this day have not refunded my deposit. Stay clear of this dealership, they are not willing to meet the customers needs. More
