Thoughtful coordination As all previous visits to Woburn Toyota the service representatives are thorough and pleasant to work with. This was the first time in the new building, the pull thru garage is such a great feature in New England and the new lounge was a great place to plug in and get some "uninterrupted" work done. More

Terrible Had to wait 2 hours for oil change and light bulb.I had a 6:00 appointment as always. Not a good experience in new building. I had to go to service counter to tell them my car was no longer in service bay. It sat outside when it was completed. I asked abour my car...a few service people were sitting behind their desks doing nothing but talking to each other. The female behind one of the desks told me the guy waiting on me would be back soon. Not what i want to hear. My wife and i have been loyal customers for many years. Should not be treated that way. The guy who wrote me up was very nice. John and Anthony are always professional...like dealing with each. More

20K service for highlander Great experience at the new service center - what a change with the new facility! Fast service, great accommodation while waiting with a coffee shop r Great experience at the new service center - what a change with the new facility! Fast service, great accommodation while waiting with a coffee shop right in the waiting area. Was promptly checked in and shown to the new waiting area (which is a huge step up from the prior service center - lots of areas to charge laptops and phones and a “quiet” room, etc. Turnaround time on the service was also great - 90 minutes for the service in total which seems To be faster than prior times I’ve waited onsite for a similar service. Long wait for oil change My appointment was 9:30 am. I came in at 9:00 am. I waited for almost 4 hours for oil change and some diagnose check.
