Unorganized and uncommunicative Dealership was very slow at delivering new car. Date kept getting pushed back day by day until finally it was revealed that there was an issue with th Dealership was very slow at delivering new car. Date kept getting pushed back day by day until finally it was revealed that there was an issue with the title. Took another 10 days to get resolved. Only after looking up title myself did I find out the problem, they did not tell me until I explicitly asked. Turns out car had been previously purchased (4 months prior to me purchasing) with financing and never delivered, and the lien on the title was never resolved. Also asked me to not fill out this survey due to poor experience. More

Comfortable, affordable, and respectable I have had poor experiences with service centers as a young woman. The service team member, Mark Zayac, made me feel welcome and respected as a custom I have had poor experiences with service centers as a young woman. The service team member, Mark Zayac, made me feel welcome and respected as a customer and person. I tend to feel intimidated since I don’t know much about cars and what they need. I felt safe and comfortable knowing that my car was in good and so was I. Mark was friendly, kind, and informed. When I asked questions on some add-on services I’d like to look into, I didn’t feel pressure to do anything more than what I had asked for which is a big relief for me. I will definitely be back for my next car purchase and many more service appointments! I don’t normally follow up with surveys but Mark definitely exceeded my expectations and deserves recognition for his kind and professional manners. More
