Working with him was the very best car buying experience I’ve had - and I’ve bought quite a few cars. Mo listened carefully, matched me up with a few cars that would meet my needs, and took me on test drives of all of them. I settled on the Camry Hybrid XLE, but wanted a color that was not only not on the lot nor within 500 miles. His manager wanted me to buy a different color, but Mo knew how important the whole car was to me. He ordered it, kept me informed, and I finally picked up my car this week. It’s perfect. And did I say what a wonderful guy Mo is? Fun to talk to, had lots of interesting stories, and being somewhat geeky, we hit it off very well. And the price was good as well. I had checked around. The offer was below what several other dealers quoted. All in all, a great experience. More

Buying a new car can be quite the experience but Woburn Toyota goes out of their way to make it a great experience . An easy sale turns into hours of waiting Found the vehicle I wanted online. Made an appt to see it and put down a deposit after test driving it. The salesman, Chris was nice enough. Went down the next day with the car I wanted to trade in and to finish the paperwork. After coming to an agreement on price then the waiting began to get into finance. Mind you, this should’ve been a quick and easy transaction since we were paying cash! Once we got in to the finance guy he rushed us through the paper work, was rude and then screwed it all up. For example, my husbands name was in the bill of sale, title and then our address was misspelled. I spent hours trying to get it straight so that I could even register the vehicle I’d just purchased in NH. Chris tried his best but was only to help so much. Oh! And I called and left messages for the finance guy, Karl, yeah...still haven’t heard from him! More

Everyone is nice and my service was fast, but I had to state several times why I was there when it should have been in the computer (or remembered the first time I stated it). Again, everyone was very nice but it’s not reassuring to drop your car off when the person you’ve been talking with can’t rememeber why you’re there. Maybe it’s the construction or a newer employee, but attention to detail is important. More
