Long wait and poor communication I brought my 2017 Leased Rav 4 in for a Mass State Inspection, and to have the wiper inserts replaced which never worked well. I had a 10am weekday appointment and had to wait in the cramped and no frills waiting room for two hours for a job that should have taken 30 minutes tops. Poor communication at check in regarding time frame and no updates until I demanded that the person check on the status. will be going to Lexington Toyota from now on More
People are friendly but misleading. Took my car here to be looked at. I told them what I thought was the issue so they looked at it and told me that it would be $900+ to fix everything. I brought it somewhere else and told them what happened. They checked it out and told me that I was misinformed. A huge thank you to Woburn Toyota for trying to OVERCHARGE me for something that was never wrong with my car. More
How I got my CH-R I received a call from the sales department to come in and look over my options for my lease that was almost up. I ended up leaving in a new Toyota CH I received a call from the sales department to come in and look over my options for my lease that was almost up. I ended up leaving in a new Toyota CH-R. Randy helped me find a car that I liked and was able to get me to a monthly payment I am comfortable with. I was never pressured into anything and left with the car and payments that I wanted. This dealership had always been good to me from, sales to services all the way up to branch management. Kudos Randy, have a great time in NOLA and good luck with your wedding. More

Very quick and pleasant sales process I was going to have my car serviced, but upon arriving at the showroom, decided to buy a new one instead. I worked with CJ Gagnon, and the very nice I was going to have my car serviced, but upon arriving at the showroom, decided to buy a new one instead. I worked with CJ Gagnon, and the very nice lady (Robin) at the front desk who took all my info and got everything set up for CJ. Within three short hours, I had concluded a deal with CJ for a new car, the deal was approved by finance, and I was signing the paperwork. He had the car ready for pickup that evening! What a great experience! More

Service advisor tried to charge me for the part said it wasn’t covered under warranty.
