My only concern is whether the inverter in my Prius was properly installed 3 months ago, and thus Joanne Sasso and Mike Gilgun are both really good. My only concern is whether the inverter in my Prius was properly installed 3 months ago, and thus may have been a/the reason why the "Check hybrid system" message came back last weekend, causing us to spend a lot of money on a rental car,gas and a 200 mile tow. Swindled I came in for the last of my prepaid service. Ended up leaving $663 in the hole. I needed new brake pads, they suggested new rotors (also suggested ne I came in for the last of my prepaid service. Ended up leaving $663 in the hole. I needed new brake pads, they suggested new rotors (also suggested new wipers and AWD..mind you, my car is less than 2 years old and brand new. So either your cars suck or your service dept are a bunch of swindlers, I’m going with the latter). I asked them to try to resurface the rotors, and call me if they needed replacing. Two hours later I return, to find the rotors had just been replaced regardless. Will literally never be returning here. The second you see you a young woman walk into your service dept, you automatically assume you can just screw her over when it comes to cars. But hey, thanks for the free car wash guys More
