Awesome New RAV4 We have been customers of Woburn Toyota for years for both new car leasing and automotive service and have always had great service and a wonderful ov We have been customers of Woburn Toyota for years for both new car leasing and automotive service and have always had great service and a wonderful overall experience. During our most recent lease process we ran into a small issue with our paperwork that had the potential to be a negative, but our sales person Bob Fahey and the sales manager John Moraites addressed the issue immediately and went out of there way to resolve it and get us exactly what we wanted. Markus Perkins then helped us get all the paperwork signed in record time. Mistakes sometime happen, but the way they are handled can make such a positive impact. We now have an AWESOME new RAV4 with so many new features we still haven't played with them all (and for less than our previous lease). On a side note if you need any automotive service go visit Mike Gilgun in the Woburn Toyota Service Department. He is one of the most helpful, honest and mild mannered people I know. I've been going to him for over 20 years and know I get only what I need when I need it. More

Service maintenance I brought my Prius C lease in for an oil change. Mike suggested rotating tires and I agreed. Later, I received a message about other work that could be done. I politely declined, because not doing the work did not impact safety and because I had other errands to run. I appreciate not feeling pressured to accept the additional suggestions during this visit. More
A great sales team We originally went in looking for a CPO vehicle and Zach was very helpful in showing us all of the available options. He spent hours with us looking We originally went in looking for a CPO vehicle and Zach was very helpful in showing us all of the available options. He spent hours with us looking through listings and even taking us out to the lot mutiple times. When we exhausted all of our choice options we eventually discussed buying or leasing a new car. Zach even grabbed the sales manager to give us more info on leasing when he couldn’t answer one of our questions. We decided to go with the leasing option and had everything buttoned up within 30 minutes. The day we were set to pick up the vehicle we hit a snag with the registration/inspection being done before closing. Zach was so helpful making sure everything got done and coordinating getting the car out to us. Zach even brought the car out to my work the following day on his day off to save me the trip. Overall a great experience with Zach. He is a super friendly and professional young salesman. More
