Quick and easy I was there for my 5k Toyota care check. Staff was nice ( although when I first walked in there was an employee sitting at the front desk on his cell I was there for my 5k Toyota care check. Staff was nice ( although when I first walked in there was an employee sitting at the front desk on his cell phone; not sure if he was able to help people at the counter but wasn’t a good look). I would also say that it was kind of frustrating with construction. You drive to the bottom of the hill to find out for my appointment that I need to turn around and go back to the top building. Having signs to avoid this would be nice. More
SUPPORTIVE TEAM I HAD BROUGHT CAR IN DECEMBER 2017. IN MAY 2018 I WAS AT RED LIGHT AND DRUNK DRIVER HIT ME FROM BEHIND,SIDE AND FRONT. THE CAR WAS DECLARED TOTAL, I HAD BROUGHT CAR IN DECEMBER 2017. IN MAY 2018 I WAS AT RED LIGHT AND DRUNK DRIVER HIT ME FROM BEHIND,SIDE AND FRONT. THE CAR WAS DECLARED TOTAL, I HAD CALL RANDY DAVIS TO REQUIRE ABOUT GAP INSURENCE, HE INFORM ME HE WOULD START BALL ROLLING BUY NOTEFIED GAP INSURENCE PEOPLE AND GAVE ME NUMBER CALLED TO START TALK TO SOMEONE THERE. THE FRIDAY BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND I LOOK ON LINE FOUND 2 CARS I WAS INTERESTED IN , SATURDAY I WENT IN TO OBTAIN MORE INFORMATION ON GAP INSURENCE AND 2 OTHER CARS. I WAS GREETED WARMLY BY ROBIN,JOHN,HANK,PEDRO JESUS,JOHN RANDY AND MAN THAT SITS BACK OPPISITE RANDY . RANDY CALLED JESUS OVER TO TALK TO ME ABOUT GAP INSURENCE AND HE ASSURE ME MY PAYMENTS ON DEC CAR WOULD STOP AND I WAS FREE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR AND WOULD HAVE ONLY ONE LOAN FOR CAR OUT, RANDY LOOK UP AND FOUND ONLY ONE CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN AVAILABLE AND OTHER WAS IN PROCESS OF BEING BROUGHT. RANDY BROUGHT AROUND AND I KNEW THIS WAS MY CAR RIGHT AWAY. THE CAR ONLY HAD ONE KEY. I HAD MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER KEY. I OBTAIN ANOTHER KEY FROM ANTHONY PETRELLA AND HE INFORM ME TO HAVE RANDY SUBMIT FORM TO OBTAIN REFUND, RANDY SUBMIT FORM TO JOHN AND I'AM IN PROCESS OF WAITING FOR MAIL REFUND. THE KINDNESS AND SUPPORT I'AM ALWAYS SOWN AT WOBURN TOYOTA IS OUTSTANDING! THANK YOU! JOHN,JESUS, AND ANTHONY THANK YOU. Check engine diagnostic Came in for a 9 am appointment. Was made to wait until 11.30 for a silly diagnostic with an error reading machine. Great customer service, thanks to Anthony! I came for an initial oil change service and was informed my brakes were at about 15% brake life. I knew at some point this was coming but financially I came for an initial oil change service and was informed my brakes were at about 15% brake life. I knew at some point this was coming but financially wasn't prepared. I worked with Anthony Petrella who is phenomenal at customer service, he gave me all the information of what to expect, costs and time frame of when it should be done. He didn't try to sell you like others do and pressure you. He told me what was my options between parts and coupons that would apply. It was easy enough when I was able to figure it out financially I sent him an email, he set up my appointment up right away and gave me a rental car for the 4 hour time frame that it took, which REALLY helped so I didn't have to ask others for a ride on a Friday. Overall, Toyota is extremely lucky to have such a great employee, couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. More
